Thank You for your interest in registering for the 37th Annual Southeastern TB Controllers Meeting November 12-15, 2019 at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, MS. This event is hosted by the Mississippi State Department of Health in cooperation with the Mississippi Public Health Association.
Registration Details
- REGISTRATION is LIMITED to 100 Participants
- All Participants must register in Advance
- "Early Bird" Registration for this event is being offered from March 1, 2019 through May 31, 2019.
Registration Includes:
- Attendance and materials for all educational sessions
- Tuesday Pre-Conference Sessions included
- Breakfast each morning (Wednesday -Friday)
- Thursday Evening " Blues" Reception (with heavy hors d'oeuvres)
Conference Fees:
Early Bird - $250 (March 1, 2019 - May 31,2019)
Regular - $300 (June 1, 2019 - October 18, 2019)
Late- $350 - (October 19, 2019 - November 3, 2019) if slots remain
Registration Process:
Registration is being handled by the Mississippi Public Health Association through two separate processes:
1. Online portal ( with Credit Card only)
Individual participants can register with a secured credit card process by clicking on the small gray "Register" box to the left and entering your email address. This process is ONLY for those individuals paying with a Credit Card (personal or business) at the time of Registration.
2. By Check (Organization paying with check or Personal Check)
If you or your Organization or Agency is paying by check, complete the registration form (fillable PDF form below) and mail with the payment. All checks must be made payable to the Mississippi Public Health Association and received by November 3, 2019.

If an Invoice is required or other payment arrangement for multiple attendees or other special needs, you must contact the MPHA Executive Director at execdir@mspha.org or 601-408-2482 prior to October 31,2019.
You will receive a confirmation email with additional information once your registration has been completed.
