MPHA is sponsoring its second annual Retiree Symposium and Luncheon, Thursday, February 9, 2017, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Mississippi Library Commission, 3881 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, MS.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Our agenda will feature an update from PERS Executive Director Pat Robertson, information from the Public Employee's Retirement Association on potential changes affecting retirement, and an update from the Mississippi State Department of Health on issues facing our pubic health system.

Lunch is included and provides an excellent opportunity for fellowship with your fellow retired public health colleagues. MPHA will also provide a discussion on Association plans and activities.
